You've gone through your whole life trying to keep up. You're just anxious, depressed, you've told yourself this a million times. Tell yourself the affirmation. Pull yourself out of bed. Face the day. The same thing you've done every day for you don't know how long. These are the types of thoughts the clients I work with experience every day.

I work with clients, particularly AFAB individuals, who have struggled with their diagnoses, perhaps suspecting they may have ADHD, autism, PTSD, or chronic illness. They struggle with chronic fatigue and difficulties keeping up with the demands of all the facets of their life!

How am I different? I'm a neurodivergent, queer therapist and my approach to therapy is a little bit eclectic due to my experiences, I've worked with a variety of different people with different stories and different presentations. Everyone is different, no one presentation is the same, and has their own unique story.
